South Orlando Group Exercise Classes

We offer several exciting group exercise classes throughout the week for all ages and abilities.  There’s even Kids Fitness for our little members. Classes to test your limits such as Strong by Zumba®  and Muscle Conditioning are very popular.  And of course there’s Yoga, Zumba® , Cycle and Boot Camp classes of varying levels.  For the active older adults, SilverSneakers® , Water Aerobics and Zumba®  are the favorites.  Come on and try them all – we’re confident you’ll find your favorite!

Our group exercise instructors are highly trained to provide those seeking a healthy lifestyle with a safe environment and effective exercise programs. Instructors facilitate class connections and create opportunities for storytelling and relationship building.

Aqua Fit
Aqua fit is a low intensity and low impact fitness class that utilizes your body weight. This is an ideal program for those with join pain and other injuries.

Body Blast
A full body workout using weight plates, barbells, resistance bands and steps, combined with body weight exercises, to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned and fit. A must try!

Boot Camp
The ultimate fitness challenge that combines strength training with cardio intervals, group and individual exercises to challenge your fitness in a circuit training format.

Cardio Explosion
Plyometric exercises that may be combined with cycle conditioning to get you burning 500 plus calories per class.  A must try to build your stamina and endurance.

Cycle & Cycle Fusion

Take your ride indoors as the instructor guides you on a journey that will get your heart pumping and challenge you to dig deeper as you’re on the bike (Cycle) for a set then off the bike to build muscle with strength training exercises. 2 classes in 1! (Cycle Fusion)

Kid Fit
Allows our younger members between the ages of 6-15 to work out with the guidance of a wellness coach in a group setting to learn proper fitness techniques that are appropriate for their age. The focus is on cardio conditioning and team building. Classes need 3 or more children participants.

Muscle Conditioning
Challenge your strength with the use of resistance exercises to develop strength and endurance.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Strong by Zumba® 
Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. WOW!

Water Aerobics & AquaFit
These water based exercise classes are low intensity and low impact fitness classes that utilize your body weight as well as water weights. It is also a great way to socialize before and after the classes. Water based fitness classes are ideal for those with joint pain and other injuries.

Yoga & Yoga Stretch
Create balance (YOGA) by developing both strength and flexibility. You will find focus and achieve peace of mind, body and spirit. (YOGA STRETCH) Relieves stress, and tension in the muscles. The focus for both is on breathing techniques, stretching, toning and relaxation.

Dance class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness party atmosphere. Learn the hottest Latin dances while having fun with your closest friends.

Zumba® Toning
Dance class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness party atmosphere. Zumba® Toning uses body resistance or weights to enhance muscular strength and endurance.
