Y members can attend a variety of free fitness classes—categories include cardio, dance, strength training, yoga and water exercise. There’s no need to register—you’re welcome to drop in at any time.

Fitness Center

The Wellness Center at our YMCA includes exercise machines, stretching areas, free weights and a weight room. You can achieve a complete workout at our Wellness Center—blending flexibility, strength and endurance.

8-11 Years of Age: Here is what you have access to with parent present: Cardio Machines  – Group Exercise classes without weights

12-15 Years of Age: Here is what you have access to: Cardio Machines –  All Group Exercise classes – Strength Circuits (no free weights)

16+: Full access to all equipment
