Frank DeLuca Group Exercise Classes

We offer over 100 Group Exercise classes throughout the week for all ages and abilities, including LesMills BodyPump and BodyAttack, plus Homeschool P.E. for kids. YogaZumbaSilverSneakers and Water Aerobics are very popular, as well as Group Cycle in our state-of-the-art studio integrated with TechnoGym MyWellness Cloud Technology.

Our Group Exercise instructors are highly trained to provide those seeking a healthy lifestyle with a safe environment and effective exercise programs. Instructors facilitate class connections and create opportunities for storytelling and relationship building.


HEALTH-SEEKER CLASSES

These classes are designed for the beginner. Each contains an instructional component and a short workout.


Abs/Glutes/Core
This class strengthens and tones your core, including glutes, low back, abdominals and obliques.

Basic Cycle
A fun low impact class to improve cardiovascular fitness. Incorporates warm-up and cardio drills on a stationary bike earning you an energized feeling.

Basic Yoga
This is a yoga class that will focus on breathing techniques, stretching, toning and relaxation.

Self– Defense
Join us in learning self-defense by improving self-awareness, safety strategies and techniques.

SilverSneakers
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers Yoga Stretch
A total-body stretch class. Great for relaxing, stretching and lengthening tight muscles. Stretching is important for people of all ages. Benefits of stretching—increase range of motion, reduce muscle tension, enhance muscular coordination, increase blood circulation and higher energy levels.

SilverSneakers BOOM Muscle
Build strength with free weights and athletic moves inspired by popular sports.

SilverSneakers BOOM Move It
Gain stamina and strength through high-intensity choreography.

Senior Strength
A full body workout for active older adults using light weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls.

Water Fitness
Low-impact water workouts using flotation devices, splash boards and water resistance. Water exercise helps increase energy, stamina and strength for individuals.

Yoga Stretch & Breathe
A total-body stretch class. Great for relaxing, stretching and lengthening tight muscles. Stretching is important for people of all ages. Benefits of stretching—increase range of motion, reduce muscle tension, enhance muscular coordination, increase blood circulation and higher energy levels.

Zumba™
Dance class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness party atmosphere.  Learn the hottest Latin dances while having fun with your closest friends.


STEP-UP CLASSES

These are our intermediate classes for people who are in the routine of working out and want to try new things.


Barre
Barre is a full body workout that fuses the best elements of ballet, Pilates, sports conditioning and stretching for a truly unique and fun experience. This routine will evenly sculpt and quickly transform the entire body, resulting in a toned, trim physique.

Barre Sculpt
A challenging and unique workout that incorporates ballet and yoga sculpting movements, interspersed with bursts of cardio training, to create a low impact, cardiovascular and strength training workout that tones and sculpts.

BODYPUMP®
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP® is a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.

BODYCOMBAT®
A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Cardio Dance
This dance-based cardio class incorporates a wide variety of medium- and low-impact aerobic dance moves to a variety of high-energy beats. It’s like a dance party!

Cardio Kickboxing
This martial arts style workout will help you improve endurance and coordination. Learn proper techniques for various punches and kicks in this class.

Circuit Training
A workout technique involving a series of exercises performed in rotation with minimal rest.

Pilates
Find balance in your day at this strength class designed to emphasize core strength, flexibility and awareness of movement in order to improve posture and alignment.

Power Yoga
Power yoga is an intense Yoga workout that will make you break a sweat. This is a twist on traditional yoga, as it moves at a much faster pace.

Stretch & Breath

Step and Strength
A combo class that incorporates strength with step aerobics using different speeds and choreography on and off the step.

Zumba®

Zumba Toning®
Using light weight dumbbells you will work every muscle group. Along with light-weight upper body resistance, you will work against gravity or the floor to define your leg and abdominal muscles.


ATHLETE CLASSES

These classes are advanced and for someone who works out consistently.


Cardio Cycling
Interactive indoor cycling class will challenge you aerobically and anaerobically. This class will focus on building endurance as it strengthens the core and tones the muscles.

Cardio Strength
By training with free-weights, resistance-bands, and body-weight this 55-minute workout will give you an exciting range of strengthening, balance and core exercises while improving your cardiovascular health.

H.I.I.T. Bootcamp
A high intensity interval training program that includes aerobic exercises and strength training.

Mind/Body
The mind-body class, has value in treating or preventing health problems, reducing stress and anxiety while increasing flexibility and balance using fluid martial arts movements.

Omnia Boot Camp
The ultimate fitness challenge that combines strength training with cardio intervals, group and individual exercises to challenge your fitness level.

RPM
Follow the rhythm of our upbeat and motivating music as you join others in an indoor cycling class.

Strength Training Interval
These classes incorporate traditional weight training exercises, such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. All major muscle groups are worked using barbells, dumbbells and other equipment.

Total Body Burn
This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

TONE
TONE by LesMills is the perfect mix of strength, cardio and core training. This class offers lots of options and alternatives, making it a great fit for all fitness levels.

Y-Fit
This is a class created by a personal trainer to give you a full body workout incorporating interval training and strength exercises. Using the Omnia / Kinesis machines this class is full of creative new challenges. With a personal trainer as your coach there are plenty of modifications to either simplify or amp up the movements to maximize results.
