Y members can attend a variety of free fitness classes—categories include cardio, dance, strength training, yoga and water exercise. There’s no need to register—you’re welcome to drop in at any time.

Learn how to get a total-body workout with a wide range of user needs, abilities, and aspirations. Classes are limited to 8 participants per class and are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Kinesis is a continuous loop resistance system that frees users from the traditional restrictions of resistance equipment and cable machines. Learn how to transform your traditional workout into a functional training session for a total-body workout all on one Kinesis station. Youth Policy

8-11 Years of Age – Orange Wristband: Here is what you have access to with parent present: Cardio Machines – Racquetball Courts – Group Exercise classes without weights

12-15 Years of Age – Blue Wristband: Here is what you have access to: Cardio Machines – Racquetball courts – Omnia/Kinesis – All Group Exercise classes – Strength Circuits (no free weights)

16+ No Wristband: Full access to all equipment
