Adult Soccer Leagues

Whether you miss the game of soccer or want to improve your soccer skills, come join an adult soccer league at the Y. Soccer leagues consist of a minimum of 8 referee controlled games. In addition to being fun, soccer offers many health benefits such as building endurance, increasing muscle tone and bone strength and promoting heart health. Soccer leagues are also a great way for you to connect with people in your area!
