Camp Rewind
Campers will choose what activities they want to close out the summer with! We’ll take the most popular themes, games, and activities and relive them one last time before summer ends.

Creepy Crawlers
Watch your step! Your child can explore the wonderful world of creeping, crawling, flying, wiggling critters. These critters are some of the most abundant animals on Earth just waiting to be discovered.

Game of Games
Choose wisely with the Deal or No Deal, win big with Jeopardy, conquer fears with Fear Factor, or go on a mystery Clue hunt to see who stole the treasure box! Every day has new game show mania for your child!

Get Messy
Campers will slide into a messy week of letting go and getting dirty. Children should wear old clothes and prepare for a week of messy fun!

Knights at the Round Table
Be a knight in shining armor or like Merlin the Wizard!

Movie Mania
It’s time for a summer blockbuster! Campers can dance to all our favorite soundtracks and do crafts based on their favorite movie characters.

Shark Week
Your child can learn all about the depths of the ocean, sandy beaches, and all the creatures that live in the waters around us.

Storybook Adventures
Campers will get swept away to far-off places, have amazing adventures, and feel the rush of a great storybook! They can fly high with Peter Pan, learn magic with Harry Potter, and fight crime with Dogman and Captain Underpants.

Summer Olympics
Let’s join the Olympics and dive into worldwide fun! Your child can create their own team flags and compete throughout the week for a YMCA medal.

Zoomanji
Does your child love animals? They can learn everything about the animals from what they eat to how the zookeepers care for them.

Please mark all of your child's belongings with their full name! Items for your child to bring to camp include:

  • Backpack
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch and snacks
  • Sneakers
  • Sunscreen (SPF 30+, spray preferred)

Please do not send toys and other personal items. Let us know if your child needs to bring a technological device (tablet, phone, etc.) as we're will try to incorporate some online learning—especially middle school students who may be taking summer courses.

The YMCA will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items.

The safety of our kids and staff is our top priority.

We will be working directly with the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the American Camp Association (ACA) to implement procedures that ensure our campers’ continued safety such as:

  • Individual and spaced-out activities to practice safe physical distancing, and also limiting the sharing of supplies.
  • Ample access to hand washing and hand sanitation stations, especially at check-in, before meals and after restroom use.
  • Y staff intentionally teach and encourage good hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and follow a strict sick child/staff policy.
  • Significant disinfecting of supplies and activity areas throughout the day.
  • Check-in procedures will include a daily temperature check for children prior to entry. Children who have a temperature of more than 100ºF will not be allowed to stay at camp.
  • Please be prepared to provide your driver’s license each day for pick up!

Do I need to fill out paperwork before my child goes to camp?
Yes. You’ll need to log in to your PlayerSpace or CampSpace account and complete the waivers prior to the Monday morning your child is set to attend camp. You won’t be able to sign in your camper until these online waivers are submitted.

Does my child need to wear a mask?
Masks for campers are recommended, but they’re not required. Camp staff will wear masks at all times except for outdoor activities with ample physical distance available.

What are your disinfecting procedures?
In addition to frequently encouraging campers and staff to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds, other safety precautions include frequent cleaning, disinfection, minimizing shared supplies and spaces, and more.

Will campers be allowed to swim?
If your camp facility and theme includes swimming, campers will be using YMCA pools after undergoing a swim test on their first day of camp with a lifeguard present.

Campers will be given either a red bracelet if they’re unable to pass the swim test independently, and they’ll remain in the shallow areas within arm’s reach of a staff member. Campers that pass the swim test independently will be given a green bracelet and are able to swim in the deeper end of the pool, as well as participate in aquatic sports and games.

What do I need to bring to pick up my child?
A government-issued ID is required to pick up your camper. The name on the ID must match one of the names on your camper’s authorized pickup list.

Who can sign out my child?
Only individuals you designated on your camper’s authorized pickup list, with a government-issued ID, can sign out your child.

Do I have to get out of my car during drop-off?
No. Please remain in your vehicle in the car line. A staff member will come to you to sign in your camper.

Please check your email inbox for specific drop-off and pick-up times for your camp.
