The pool isn’t just for kids! Teen and adult group lessons are designed to accommodate all skill levels. We will help you feel more comfortable in the water by helping you learn the basics of swimming. Our classes cover breath control, as well as how to achieve buoyancy. Beginners will learn basic stroke techniques and how to properly move in water. Our advanced classes are intended to improve endurance and stroke techniques. We will work with you on improving the efficiency of any or all of the swim strokes.
Lifeguards are always on the pool deck during swim lessons. We offer 4- or 8-bundle sessions of classes per year.
