In-Body Personal Assessment
Our InBody Personal Assessment is a non-invasive body composition screening completed by a certified Personal Trainer. It provides you a full-page results sheet detailing the muscle, fat, and water values in your body; includes lean mass and fat values in each segment of the body to give you a proper assessment of body composition. Our Personal Trainer can then help you determine next steps if you would like to improve any of your results.

New Client Personal Training
This program is available one time every 6 months for members interested in becoming a Personal Training client. It includes In-Body Assessment, Movement Screen, and a short workout.
