Dive Into Aquatics

Few things are more inviting than a bright blue, sparkling pool. And at the Y of Central Florida, we have 26 of them ready for year-round swim lessons, water aerobics, family fun, competitive swimming and more.

From our two Olympic-size pools and new diving platforms at the YMCA Aquatic Center to our five Easy Access Pools that provide dignity and mobility, all Y pools are beautiful, state-of-the-art facilities that welcome people of all ages and abilities.

So whether you’re a parent looking to launch your “Polliwog”, a competitive swimmer who wants to improve their stroke or just working to stay fit and socially connected, the Y has a pool, program or lesson for you.
