YMCA Programs & Classes

At the Y, we care about the well being of our community members. All of our programs are intended to give you all the tools to create healthier habits and feel better. We also have programs for our youngest members, because we know how important it is to build good habits early on — plus, they’re lots of fun!


Few things are more inviting than a bright blue, sparkling pool. And at the Y of Central Florida, we have 26 of them ready for year-round swim lessons, water fitness, family fun, competitive swimming and more.

Group Exercise

When it comes to good health, research shows physical activity is the single best thing we can do for ourselves. In addition to burning off stress, it’s also a great way to combat chronic disease, prevent obesity and boost mental health and brain power.

Health & Wellness

At the Y, being healthy means more than being physically fit. It’s also about maintaining a healthy balance between Spirit, Mind and Body. And while good health can begin with exercise, it’s also about prevention, nutrition and adopting lifelong healthy habits

School Programs

The Y’s groundbreaking after-school and summer camp programs emphasize reading and helping kids close the achievement gap. They also teach values and wellness, while reducing stress on busy families.  It’s a winning formula that gives kids the wrap-around support and mentoring they need to thrive ─ in school, on the playing field and in life.


Sports are a great way to keep your kids active and healthy. The Youth Sports offered at the YMCA of Central Florida help your child improve their skills, while promoting healthy attitudes and sportsmanship.
